Pot Cozy Star Pattern

As I wrote yesterday, I used a pattern for knitting my second pot cozy.
I've decided to use the star pattern.
Here you can see how it looks like:

As you can see there are nice little stars :) And if you want to try the star pattern in a circular knitting project, here is how you do it:

1. round: purl
2. round: knit the next 3 stiches all in once (but still leave them on the left needle), yarn over and make a knit stich again (then drop them)
3. round: knit
4. round: the pattern has to be shifted 2 stiches, to do so knit 2 stiches and purl 1 stich, then start to follow the pattern again

repeat round 2-4

And that' how the finished pot looks like :)
